- Lagniappe Day - The day after the camp ends is Jazz Camp Lagniappe day. Lagniappe is a local term for a small gift that is given as a compliment. This is not an official day at camp, it's not included in the housing packet, but if you plan to stay it's a little something extra for you to enjoy. It's a jazz camp celebration at a local club that takes place during the day where jazz campers are welcome to perform.
